At ADIINE, we pour love and intention into every handcrafted product we create. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.


Damaged or Missing Products:

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if an item is damaged or missing, we’re happy to help!

  • Damaged Items:
    Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged upon delivery, email us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include the order number in the subject line. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be acknowledged.

Include any relevant details to support your claim and email clear photos of the damage to hello@adiine.com. Once verified, we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

  • Missing Packages:
    If your package has not arrived, please allow at least 48 hours after the expected delivery date. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered early and may arrive within this window.
    If your package is still missing, contact us at hello@adiine.com, and we’ll assist you in locating it.
