Processing Times:
- Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order.
- During promotions or high-demand periods, processing times may extend to 7 business days.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times:
- Once shipped, please allow 2-8 business days for delivery.
- Shipping times are determined by UPS and USPS are beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued if an order is confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
